Making A Purchase Ordering could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and enter the quantity then click on the add to order button, On some pages you will find a single add to order button at the bottom, this has been set up to allow our customers to enter quantities against all the parts the require on that page and with a single click they are all added to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" button or the "TICK" icon at the top of the page and you will be asked for all the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you wish to change or see what is currently in your shopping basket then just click on the "View Cart Button" or the "SHOPPING TROLLEY" icon at the top of the screen. From here you will be able to delete or change quantities currently in your basket, once you have finished modifying your basket just click "Update".
All credit card details are held on a secure server separate from the main shopping site, this area may take a little longer due to this encryption process - we ask for you to be patient and please do not click any of the buttons more than once, during busy periods you order can take a little longer.

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Shipping And Handling Carriage is charged on all items, These Charges are added by the customer from the payment details screen. If an incorrect carriage charge is applied we will contact you directly before processing your order. If the items are to be stacked then care must be taken not to overload the stack so as to crush the low products, it it extremely important that all materials are covered with a LIGHT PROOF sheet to prevent direct sunlight over heating the interior of the stack. |
| Delivery Schedule Delivery times vary depending on the products ordered, Small items are normally dispatched via next day carrier. Larger items are delivered on our own vehicles and are normally delivered in 5 - 20 days. C&A Building Plastics always endeavours to adhere to delivery estimates but they are unfortunately estimates and with the best intentions and the most efficient systems, things sometimes do go wrong, these are nearly always outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods and time is not of the essence. We will always try to contact customers 24-48 hours before delivery to advise them of the proposed delivery time. If we are unable to make a delivery then repeat deliveries will be charged at the same rate |
| Back Orders Availability Of Goods - All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. Returns Policy Returns Policy For C&A Building Plastics - At C&A Building Plastics we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. To help you with this process please read our returns policy below.
Consumer Law - We agree to meet the obligations set out under the consumer protection laws currently in force, which includes: The Sale of Goods Act 1979; The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; The Consumer Credit Act 1974; The Trade Descriptions Act 1968; The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and The 1994 Regulations; The Consumer Protection Act 1987; and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Order Cancellations - You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods and you are required to notify us in writing within this time. It is also your responsibility for the safe return of the goods to us, including the cost of doing so. If you do decide to cancel your order or wish to return your products to C&A Building Plastics we will refund your credit card within 30 days of receiving the goods, in a saleable condition, at the branch the order has been placed. Special order or made-to-order items cannot be returned, if you wish to cancel special or made-to-order products whilst in manufacturing then you must send written notification to this effect, charges will be made for costs incurred up to the time written notification has been received. Returning An Item - Damage - In the unlikely event you should receive your goods damaged it is your responsibility to notify us within 72 hours of receipt that an item has been received damaged and ensure that any delivery notes or carrier paperwork has been signed to indicate that the product is damaged. Please ensure you check all quantities delivered against the delivery paperwork and note shortages against the drivers documentation. We will arrange a replacement item for you when we have received the goods into stock and they have been checked.
Returning An Item - Risk - As soon as the product(s) have been delivered to your door, you, the customer, are responsible for said goods. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. Delivered goods are the customers responsibilitty, and any loss or damage to the goods shall be at the customers own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery or consignment note at the time of delivery. If you require the goods to be left without a signature, you must advise us in writing that you accept full responsibility for any loss, damage or missing items.
Returning An Item - Incorrect / Non Delivery - If you receive incorrect goods it is your responsibility to notify us within 72 hours of receipt at which point we will make the necessary arrangements. We can only accept liability for non-deliveries if we are notified within 3 day of the advised/anticipated delivery date.
Returning An Item - Faulty - In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty on delivery, or within 28 days of receipt, please contact our sales office on 0207 474 0474 within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Please be aware you are responsible for ensuring the product is suitably packaged for return. The goods must be returned in the original packaging. The cost of any damage caused due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you. This charge will be at least 15% of the purchase value. Once the goods are received back in our premises the fault will be verified and a replacement order will be sent out to you. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. |
Remittance Terms Payment And Price - The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices. Also, for the imposition of any taxes or duties, if due to an error or omission in the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Typographical Errors - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges) |
