25/32MM Avon 2 Frame Supported Glazing Bars

25/32MM Avon 2 Frame Supported Glazing Bars

Avon 2 frame supported glazing bars are designed for jointing 25 & 32mm thick polycarbonate on larger types of timber framed roofs, they are also robust enough to self support on spans up to 600mm.
Designed by C&A and manufactured in England. Avon bars have a strong aluminium 58mm wide core which is capped top & bottom by a brown or white uPVC cladding, the caps totally conceal the metalwork and give a good thermal insulation.
For end bars use the same glazing bar and fit an edge bead featured. Choose to add the end caps now by ticking the box and save time, if you prefer you can add these when you buy your other accessories

They have been specially designed to mimic a polycarbonate sheet so as to allow the correct loading when the top cap of the glazing bar is pushed home ensuring a uniform pressure on the polycarbonate sheets when fixed down.
